By using PagePilot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
PagePilot is an autonomous AI platform that generates Instagram captions, hashtags, and posting schedules based on topics you provide. We post to your connected Instagram account on your behalf, subject to your approval workflow.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not use the service to post content that violates Instagram's Community Guidelines or any applicable law. You represent that you own or have authorization to post to any Instagram account you connect.
Content you generate through PagePilot belongs to you. You grant us a limited license to post it to your connected Instagram account on your behalf.
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time through the Customer Portal. We offer a 14-day free trial; if you don't cancel before it ends, your card is charged. Refunds are handled at our discretion.
PagePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from using the service. Instagram's API availability and behavior is outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time.
